Check-in & Check-out

Arrival Times

Check-in is available every day from 14:00 to 20:00. We ask you to let us know your expected arrival time in advance, so that we can welcome you personally. Arrivals after 20:00 are possible on request, subject to written confirmation.

Departure Time

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 on the day of departure. A late check-out can be considered on request, subject to room availability.

House Rules

• Quiet hours: from 22:00 to 08:00 we ask you to keep your voice at a moderate level, out of respect for other guests and neighbors.
• Smoking: smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and enclosed common areas. It is allowed in the dedicated outdoor areas.
• Pets: four-legged friends are welcome on request and subject to prior confirmation. Please let us know when booking.
• Guests: the room is reserved for registered guests. Outside visitors are not admitted without prior notice.
• Kitchen and food: breakfast is served during the time slots communicated at check-in. Cooking in the room is not permitted.
• Cleanliness and care of the premises: we ask you to treat the house with the same respect you would show your own. Any damage caused to furniture, fittings or equipment will be charged at the cost of replacement or repair.
• Keys: the keys provided are the guest's responsibility. In the event of loss, the cost of replacing the lock will be charged.

Booking & Payment

The booking is finalized upon receipt of our written confirmation. The balance may be paid at check-in in cash or by bank transfer, as agreed.

Cancellations

Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the arrival date. For cancellations made after this deadline or in case of no-show, an amount equal to the first night may be retained. Specific conditions may apply to bookings made through third-party portals.

Tourist Tax

Where applicable under the regulations of the Municipality of Tonara, the tourist tax is not included in the room price and is paid directly at the property.

Safety & Liability

• We ask you to take care when using stoves, heaters, electrical outlets and equipment in general.
• The property is not responsible for valuables left unattended in the room or in common areas.
• Entry to and use of the premises are at the guest's own personal responsibility.
• Conduct contrary to these house rules or damaging to the property's reputation may result in immediate removal without the right to a refund.
