2 · Online Bookings

Bookings can be made on the website by submitting a request through the dedicated form. The request does not constitute automatic confirmation of the booking.

The booking is considered confirmed only when the Customer receives a confirmation email sent by the property. In the absence of email confirmation, the booking is not considered valid.

In the event of technical system errors, malfunctions or unforeseen unavailability, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and, where applicable, refund any amount already paid.

3 · Prices and Taxes

The prices shown on the website refer to the selected stay, based on dates, number of guests and room chosen. Rates may vary depending on season, availability and the conditions of the request.

The Municipality of Tonara does not apply any tourist tax.

4 · Payments

Payment methods are communicated by the property at the time the booking is confirmed. Payment can be made by bank transfer or via a PayPal link.

The Customer receives an email confirming whether the booking has been accepted and confirmed. In the event of an error or incomplete payment, the booking may not be confirmed.

5 · Cancellations, Changes and No-shows

No refund is provided in the event of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed with the property, arranged by phone and only for rare and specific reasons.

In the absence of a telephone agreement, no refund is provided in the event of cancellation or failure to show up at the property (no-show).

For change requests relating to dates, number of guests or other details of the stay, the Customer may contact the property. The property will do its best, subject to availability and the rules of the applicable rate.

6 · Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out are flexible and can be arranged based on the property's availability and organization.

The Customer is invited to communicate the expected arrival time in advance, so as to ensure a welcome consistent with the property's availability.

7 · Documents and Legal Obligations

At check-in, a valid identity document is required for all guests, for the purposes of the registration obligations set out by Italian law. In the absence of valid documents, the property may refuse access.

8 · Children and Pets

Children are welcome. Pets are allowed, but must be reported at the time of booking.

The Customer is required to respect the property's spaces and the peace and quiet of other guests.

9 · House Rules

Guests are required to behave respectfully toward the property, its furnishings and other guests. Smoking is permitted outdoors only: smoking is prohibited in the rooms and indoor areas.

• Hosting unregistered persons without authorization is not permitted.
• Any damage or shortcomings may be charged to the Customer.
• The property may terminate the stay without refund in the event of conduct that does not comply with the house rules or that is disrespectful toward the property and/or other guests.

10 · Liability

The property is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal items left unattended. The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay.

The property is not liable for service disruptions due to causes beyond its control, such as force majeure events, service interruptions, technical failures, weather events or orders from competent authorities.

11 · Privacy and Cookies

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12 · Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, except for non-waivable consumer rights, the competent court shall be that of the place where the property is located.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of booking.
